Shipping policy
- Shipping Availability: We ship to all Domestic / International locations.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 Business Days.
- Please note we only ship Monday-Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend it will ship the following Monday)
- Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
- Out of Stock Items: In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.
- Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
